"If I could rate our experience 5+ stars I would. Kelly’s has character with the log furniture. The staff were outstanding, very kind and helpful! Our room was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The dinner suggestions from the staff were accurate and helpful! The continental breakfast had lots of options and their coffee was great. We’ll definitely make reservations to stay at Kelly’s the next time we are in West Yellowstone and encourage our friends to stay there as well."

"Really friendly staff, who were attentive and helpful. The space was great, lots of room, very homely and comfortable. Upon arrival, bath could have been cleaner but this was a minor issue in a fantastic stay. Perfectly located with all of West Yellowstone within walking distance, and really close to the west entrance to the park. Would highly recommend!"

"The staff were friendly and hospitable, and made sure you felt comfortable :) the rooms and facility were clean and the hot tub in pool area were very nice. The free breakfast had a decent selection and there were also freshly baked cookies and s’mores materials available in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting West Yellowstone. "
