"Our recent stay at the Marriott Marquis New York was truly extraordinary and fulfilled a lifelong dream of celebrating New Year’s in New York City. From the moment we walked through the revolving doors, every detail reflected excellence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
The entire team from the front desk staff to the elevator personnel demonstrated exceptional coordination and attentiveness, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly throughout our stay even though it was crowed for new years. The hotel itself was immaculate, the beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and impressive.
A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Sue at the front desk, who was truly the highlight of our experience. Her charisma, warmth, and professionalism are remarkable, and it is immediately evident why she has dedicated 38 years to this property. Sue went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for, turning a wonderful stay into a once in a lifetime memory. She is an absolute asset to Marriott and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like.
If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be the inclusion of an airport shuttle service something we would gladly pay for, as this hotel unquestionably deserves every bit of recognition it receives.
We recommend the Marriott Marquis without hesitation and can confidently say that this will be the only hotel we choose to stay at from now on."

"The perfect stay! 2 adults & 2 kids & had plenty of room. Staff was extremely friendly and able to send us to the best spots to enjoy the city's amazing food! Easy spot to catch the subway & about 10 minutes from all of the action both ways! Would definitely book again!!! No need for tons of shoes, just comfy & warm!!! 🥶❄️
