"What a fantastic property, ideal for our family of 13 celebrating Christmas together. The facilities were great, as the pool, hot tub, snooker table and dart board kept everyone entertained- we even managed a swim first thing Christmas morning! The house was a good size without feeling cramped but allowed space when needed."

"We have already expressed our concerns to the team, and received a minimal compensation, which while appreciate did not equate to the challenges faced. The house is in a wonderful location and we would love to stay again, yet would not unless we were guarantee a clean space. Not only was the house not clean, the toilet seat was broken as was the main shower head holder. Since checking out, I have reached out to the WhatsApp number to inform the team that we left on time and cleaned up to a higher condition then when we arrived, yet I am yet to receive any form of response or confirmation of return of deposit. It’s very disappointing and I hope this reaches someone who cares enough to assist me."
