"Brilliant place. View is beautiful! Only criticism is that if you need to use the sofa bed the mattress is gone and not comfortable. If this is changed out it is a perfect place and great value."

"Lovely stay Children loved the pool Adults loved the hot tub The rooms were perfect The beds were comfy. The owners left eggs, biscuits and bread as a welcome gift. Much appreciated Easter egg hunt in the front lawn was perfect and even the frogs came to say hello"

"Seaspray is an attractive well appointed terraced house, overlooking the beach in close proximity. We spent a very comfortable weekend here with friends and our dogs. We enjoyed lovely beach walks straight from the house and from there, easy access to the town’s cafes and eateries. The only criticism of Seaspray is that there is no welcome pack of milk, tea or coffee on arrival. After a long journey this would have been most welcome. We did however, receive a bar of chocolate which was appreciated."

"Very friendly staff who upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost when we checked in "because it was available". The cooked breakfast was excellent and the garden looked beautiful, although we didn't have time to take advantage of it."

"The communication was a bit back and forth with the owner of this property. I think one simple email with instructions would have been better and saved time on both ends. The caravan was clean, although a bit of a damp smell which i guess is expected, the boiler didn't generate warm water kept having to press a button to get it warm. The bedding sheets had a bit of an odour and could do with an upgrade. But overall, the caravan was clean on arrival, presented well and in a good location as well. "
