The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the tiled patio, the pool’s gentle ripple inviting you to unwind. The scent of tropical foliage mingles with the distant hum of Flagler Drive, while the game room’s neon lights promise friendly competition. Inside, the tastefully decorated living spaces blend modern comfort with West Palm Beach’s breezy charm, setting the tone for a memorable escape.



Sleeping arrangements

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodate up to six guests comfortably, with room for two additional sleepers. Master Suite features a Luxury King Bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Suite 1 and Guest Suite 2 each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views, and Smart TVs. An inviting couch, an air mattress, and a crib provide flexible sleeping options for extra guests or little ones.



Outdoor living

Your private pool oasis is surrounded by landscaped gardens, perfect for sunbathing or a cool dip. Pool heating is available for $100 per night, recommended from October 15 to May 31, with at least three days’ notice. A shaded lounge area and outdoor seating let you savor evening breezes after a day of exploring.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen serves up to eight, complete with Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee, an Insta‑Pot, blender, and mixology bar. Formal Dining Room seats six, while a Casual Dining Room accommodates five, and a kitchen bar offers three seats. All meals can be complemented by in‑home dining options arranged through the complimentary concierge service.



Game room

Air‑conditioned and ready for fun, the game room includes air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games, and a Smart TV—ideal for relaxed evenings or lively gatherings.



Neighborhood

A short stroll brings you to Oceanfront Park on Flagler Drive and local favorites like Howley’s Diner and Dixie Grill and Brewery. Concierge hosts Kelly and Ali handle excursion bookings, in‑home dining, family photo shoots, transportation, spa services, private chef arrangements, fridge stocking, and babysitting. Local recommendations are provided before arrival.



Pet policy

The retreat is kid‑friendly and dog‑friendly. Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome with a $250 fee per pet and written approval; service animals are exempt. Cats are not allowed due to guest allergies.



House rules
