Located between Holland and Grand Haven, this cottage is a perfect home base to explore these neighboring lakeshore communities. Enjoy the boardwalk in beautiful Grand Haven and explore the endless dining and shopping options, including the new Social District. Spend a day exploring award-winning downtown Holland, where you will find a wide array of unique stores and dining options, from casual to first-class! Fishing charters out of Grand Haven and more than 90 holes at the great golf courses in the area—including the all-new Jack Nicklaus-designed American Dunes Championship Course—make for a vacation you will never forget. Miles of hiking and biking paths, as well as acres of Lake Michigan beaches, are just minutes away, including Kirk Park, which is adjacent to this community, and Windsnest Park—the best-kept secret in West Michigan. Please note the association beach is not available to renting guests.

PARKING
There are two designated parking spots located about halfway up the hill, with additional parking available in the garage and along the driveway. Please note that the driveway is steep, with a 30% grade in some areas. If needed, parking is also available in the cul-de-sac. PLEASE NOTE This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, and local HOA regulations are noted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services. Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need, including directions, access code, and instructions, so you'll be ready to rest, relax, and rejuvenate.
