"Excellent stay "

"The pool was fine as was parking. However, twice we went to the service desk and neither time were things resolved. The first time we asked for the tv in the small room to be fixed and were told the GM would do it, when he was back. Never happened. Second time, breakfast, went to the desk to inquire as to why apple juice was water and the female who was working (and eating - most unpleasant site, to be honest) said "we have oj and crandberry juice". A sign would have been a help... the room was not quite cleaned properly - under the desk in small room was trash, a table was placed behind the desk, drawer handles missing or needed to be fixed and the microwave was unplugged and sitting diagnol on a table, with a sticker on it. Not sure if it worked or not. The beds were great, heat was great and bath was great. "

"Great room - Clean and comfortable with a view of the Ocean and could see sunrise from the bed or balcony. Beach access and covered / heated swimming pool were great and very convenient! Calm beach - hardly any waves / lot of shells. Room had 2 TVs - one with cable channels and streaming services and other with a VHS and DVD Player! They had a good collection of VHS and DVD too! Friendly staff! Wish they had some breakfast options - not sure if it is available during the regular season. It was a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful family weekend at this property. A bedroom & bathroom for each couple/single. Nine adults & a toddler.A great dining room that fit everyone around the table. A very responsive management company ( minor issue). Close to restaurants, stores, family activities"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth year staying in the same house with Steve as the manager. He is just an excellent manager. I told him that the owners were lucky to have him. If anything runs amiss, Steve is readily available to make any corrections."

"It was the cleanest hotel we have been in and we usually stay in 3 and 4 star hotels. The owners are very hospitable. The grounds are very well kept. I will recommend to my friends and family."
