「very ordinary」

「During my stay, the reception mistakenly gave my room key to another guest, and at 5:30 in the morning, a stranger tried to open the door and enter my room. I was extremely frightened at that moment. Since I had to continue my stay, I requested that a chain lock be installed on my door. Although they said they would do so, the chain lock was never installed.」

「No WiFi, but rude staff. They charge for one bottle of water, and that too 100% more than the market rate. It is best not to rely on Hotels.com ; you should check out hotels before putting them up. Till then I would not give you a zero but a minus.」

「Anand jee behavior and helping nature is on top of everything. He made stay very comfortable and easy going. Room was neat and clean and very spacious. As it is located in main market, food and convenience is very good. 」

「The studio is so much nicer than the deluxe twin… more spacious, feels a lot more like an apartment than a hotel room. Lovely terrace accessible from the bedroom and good water pressure in this one. My complaint about stiff bedsheets is valid here too, I think duck feather bedsheets would make the place more cozy.」

「I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. 」

No dishwashing soap or a sponge, no kitchen towels or paper. There is no cafeteria or breakfast facility, not even tea bags or basic condiments in the room. 」

「This accommodation is part of a grand mansion, used as guest rooms and dining areas, situated in a lush and tranquil environment. However, it was somewhat disappointing that the air conditioning in the room was noisy. The staff were also excellent. Before my stay, I was able to request meals and transportation, which made my stay smooth and enjoyable.
