"The check in process took over 30 minutes. 30! It didn't matter at that point how nice the property was. I, and every other guest checking in, was angry. And when walking past check-in two hours later, the line was even worse. Until they can get their process sped up, I won't put myself through that line again. "

"The rooms are very expensive, too expensive to lack so many basic expectations/amenities. The room o had reeked and smelled so unfresh! No sure if it was just stained or mildew, but there was definitely something on the top of the boards in the bottom of the shower along with a lot of hair from another guest. There is no microwave or refrigerator and they charge extra for a refrigerator. I would just expect way more for the price point and how it’s advertised ."

"Property close to freight trains (friend had trouble sleeping due to noise, I had a good sleep as the beds were comfy). Nice, clean room, however was advertised as deluxe (wouldn't call it that). Staff were helpful. I would stay again for the price (not sure my friend would)."

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. No place to plug in electronic devices or set them, medications, water, etc. on the wall side of each bed (double queen room). Hand towel bar in bathroom loose, wall beside shower damaged from shower overspray, and no hangers for bath towels. Nothing serious, just inconvenient and slightly unsightly. Would stay again despite these things. "

" i arrived at shift change. Both, the morning and evening staff were Great. Especially the evening. She explained where my room was and bedt way to go to my room. It took a bit of explaining, i had trouble visualizing but she didnt give up. My only complaint is that wasnt shampoo , only bar of soaps"
