This place far exceeded our expectations. The pool was amazing, the view was breathtaking, and the managers were so responsive and helpful! We planned a lot of activities, but genuinely hated to leave the condo. We loved our time in Grand Cayman.
We had an amazing stay here at Seven Mile View condos. The views were breathtaking, the unit was well stocked with all the basics (towels, kitchenware, beach chairs, wifi, etc.), and the communication was exceptional. One small critique is that parking can be a little challenging for Unit 4 due to the tight space and busy road, but this won't be an issue if you choose not to rent a car. Overall, the location and views are hard to beat and we look look forward to coming back again.
We truly enjoyed our visit. This was the perfect spot for us close to dining, diving, and beaches. If we visit Grand Cayman again in the future, this place will be on the top of our list.

The property was as beautiful as advertised. With only four suites, it's quite quiet and private. It was very clean and not a far drive from Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, the Turtle Centre and more. The hosts were responsive when needed and we loved our time there. We would definitely go back.
This condo is situated at the northern tip of 7 Mile Beach and this unit was in good shape with a beautiful view. Plenty of amenities and very responsive and helpful staff that accommodated us wonderfully.
My family and I had a wonderful time. First and enduring impressions - spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and talking with the other guests. Everything we needed was provided and we would definitely come back again.

Property is located at the end of seven mile beach. Small condo complex that is private and serene. Pool is beautiful and overlooks the entire beach are with an excellent view of the cruise ships coming in. The condo was well appointed with everything you would need. The beach right off the shore is small and rocky but two beautiful beaches are both a short drive away. Cemetery and Governors are both excellent and the condo has beach chairs and an umbrella beach are both excellent. L
We absolutely LOVED our villa (#4) that was our choice for my wife & I in one room and our friend in the other room. This was the PERFECT home-away-from-home!!! All villa rooms have a beautiful view of the âInfinityâ pool, the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach. There was easy stair access to the ocean to go swimming/snorkeling, and access to the beach was a very, very short walk (2 minutes). The drive to George Town was between 15-20 minutes depending on traffic e.g. this depended on if a cruise ship was in Port or not. The supermarket was a 2-minute drive, just down the road (you pass it every time you drive âhomeâ to the villas). I promise that you will not be disappointed with a stay at Seven Mile View!!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING US!!!
This is a very nice condo right on the water on the north side of 7 mile beach. Very clean and very well updated/maintained. Pool area is great and ample parking.aâ All electronics/internet worked great.
Only minor issues. One, the water in the showers was lukewarm. Iâm sure they can correct it.
The other issue was not the propertyâs fault. The short walk to the beach included a walk by/through a sketchy property with what appeared to be a homeless encampment. Not sure they can do anything about that and the drive to multiple great beaches was short.
Overall, great rental with very responsive manager!
Where do I start? The view from the condo was amazing. Both bedrooms had a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea, the open kitchen and living room had the same view. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and cleanup. Both bedrooms had their own full bath and there was a full bath on the first level, which was super convenient. The pool area had multiple seating areas, a grill for cooking (which we didn't use but it looked nice), and the pool itself was even more perfect than it looks in the photo. Communication with the property manager was easy and she responded quickly when we had questions. Renting a car was suggested by the host but we didn't feel comfortable with driving on the island. We took the public bus to seven mile beach area for dinner and activities or we walked to Heritage Kitchen for dinner (the Cayman style snapper was a favorite). The walk to the bus was short, some places there was little room for pedestrians, but we walked off the road a bit and the drivers slowed down. The bus will pick up and drop off at the driveway but we found it just as easy to get on at the 4 way stop and off at the beach.

Misleading photos
To lead with the positive, the view was lovely, the unit was nice, wifi was great, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There were PLENTY of cups and glasses and cooking was easy. On the other handâŚ.To say we were surprised by the lack of patio area, shade and privacy, is an understatement. There was one umbrella for 3 tables and about a dozen chaises. Every guest was clamoring for shade. The pool area is very small and each unitâs sliding door opens directly onto it. There is no space to walk without crossing your neighborâs space. Oddly, the upstairs has lanai seating at 2 units. At one point, a guest was so desperate for shade he parked himself on the lanai chair in front of my bedroom. There were other guests who had commandeered corners for themselves while playing loud music and drinking. Not to begrudge other peoples idea of a vacation, but the space did not afford the option of being away from others unless you were in direct sun. The parking for our unit was challenging. The condos sit directly on a busy street and exiting (from the space assigned to unit #4) required another person to direct the driver when the road was clear so we could back out into the street. To reiterate, the condo itself was comfortable (floors were dirty, however) and if you donât mind a lot of sun and are ok with the crapshoot of who your very close neighbors might be, the sunsets were beautiful and the swimming was very nice.
We enjoyed our time as a family staying here. The view of the seven mile beach is beautiful and the pool area is great to hangout after the beach or at night. The location is good not too far from George Town and close to restaurants and grocery store. Renting a car is a must as it allows you to move around the island easily and from this location is convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well supplied with the basics. Customer service was great and the communication was top notch.
Our first trip to Grand Cayman and my husband and I will be back and we would definitely stay here again. We loved the small boutique feel and after a day spent at different beaches or experiencing the island it was great to come back to "home". The patio doors opening right onto the pool deck and our own lounge chairs with our morning coffee looking out over the pool and water and checking the cruise ships that just docked was the perfect way to start every day. The location was great with really good restaurants around the West End area and a more relaxed and casual feel than the direct 7 Mile Beach locations. The unit itself was recently renovated along with all the others and had everything we needed from towels/linens to kitchen supplies..along with the fabulous views. The pictures are totally accurate. The management team for the property was also great and very responsive..shout out to Melinda and Diane for helpful tips and checking in to see how our stay was going. We will be back to Grand Cayman and to our place on the island!
