歴史的なボギー・サンドロードの豪華なコンドミニアム。 夜はセブンマイルビーチの中で最も静かな場所にあるボギー・サンド・ビーチで波が鳴っているのを聞くことができます。
オープンプランのキッチン、ダイニングエリア、広いパティオに続くリビングルームが備わる広々とした客室です。
マスターベッドルームはプライベートバルコニーにつながっていますので、屋外にはプライベートスペースもあります。

This was our second stay at Boggy Sands Club, after first visiting in 2024 and it was even better the second time around! The property is truly wonderful, which is why we chose to come back for a longer visit. The condos are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need.The beach access is unbeatable, with stunning views and easy entry to Seven Mile Beach. We especially loved the wide range of water toys available it made our beach days even more fun. The pool area is also beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.The staff is exceptional. Special shoutout to Alfanso for everything he and his team did to make our stay so enjoyable.We’re already looking forward to planning our third visit!

This was a return visit to Boggy Sands for our family, nine in all, including our 3 grandchildren. It was a special occasion to celebrate a Milestone Birthday and it speaks volumes that we chose to return here where we had spent such a happy time on our last visit. We got a fantastic welcome from Alfanso and he and his team spoiled us the entire time, keeping in contact each day to make sure we had everything we needed and all was well. The apartment is equipped with anything and everything you may need. Every single day was a happy one. The weather was beautiful and we spent hours on the beach. The children love the freedom of being at Boggy Sands and enjoyed swimming to the raft, using the kayaks, searching for sea life and drinking coconut water straight from freshly opened coconuts. Other treats included a visit from an ice cream van and a morning pastry delivery.Our stay included New Year’s Eve and we watched fireworks from the roof. The proximity to a supermarket makes everything super easy and for dinners out, the restaurants on the island are superb. We loved every minute. Thank you to everyone at Boggy Sands. We highly, highly recommend staying there. You won’t regret it.

Our stay was even better than we hoped for! The Club was welcoming, providing lots of information about activities, restaurants, etc before we even arrived and Alfonso was on hand to help with anything we needed. The apartment was beautiful and fully kitted out. We had a private beach that was so nice that we decided against traveling to other beaches while we were there. They provided lounge chairs, paddle boards, and more and we had the beach to ourselves or shared with only one other family most of our visit. The water at the beach was crystal clear and calm, so we could go in with a toddler without a problem. The apartment is 2 blocks to a large grocery store, but a car is needed to get around the island otherwise as the location is several miles north of the main hotel and restaurant area. We would definitely return.

Our Family vacation

Property was adequate. For the amount I paid for the week I was expecting a superior experience. 2 bedrooms with no closets. No drying racks for wet bathing suits. Very noisy people above us. I thought we were on the top floor. My mistake. Anyway, the beach was nice but a lot more than 100 steps to get there. The outside grills were cheap and didn’t work well.

Alfanso the GOAT!

We loved Boggy Sands! The condo is perfect for larger groups. We had two families and everyone had room to spread out. The pool is great but the beach club is even better. The beach has all the water toys you need for a wonderful day. Best part of our stay was Alphanso- awesome service. Taught the boys how to crack open coconuts and chase chickens. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands. Our condo was lovely. We had plenty of room and it was fully equipped. Alfanso was responsive to any question we had, and he provided us with great information about restaurants, things to do and even a local track where we could run. The beach was perfect and we actually enjoyed the short walk to and from our condo. Lots of beach/sand toys for our granddaughter We’re provided at the condo and the Boggy Sands Bus! We are already planning to come back in 2026!

Amazing family trip

Beautiful condo. Spacious. Very well equipped. Ample towels and beach towels. Plenty of living space for a group of ten. Loved the rooftop deck for sunset and cocktails. Loved the private beach. The staff is extremely responsive. Can’t say enough good things about Boggy Sands.

Great Condo

Very spacious and updated condo. Very quick walk to beach. Pool was small but very nice and not crowded. The communication was great and the suggestions on restaurants etc were very helpful. Grocery store was walking distance. Red Sail Sports took us to Rum Point and Stingray city. It was our favorite activity. A must do. Heritage Kitchen is a tiny local outdoor restaurant and the food is 10/10. We also loved Casanova for dinner. It’s right on the water. Beautiful for a 7:00 dinner. If you love sushi eat at Yoshi. Kids loved the beach and we saw countless sea turtles while on the beach. We also visited Smith Cove beach and our kids loved it. We were glad we had a rental car since we liked to get out each night for dinner.

Dream vacation

Our long awaited multi generational family holiday at Boggy Sands was a sensational hit with everyone. Starfish One was a perfect base because of its’ location close to both the idyllic private beach and the swimming pool. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, is within walking distance of a supermarket and is the ideal place to relax after a day on the island where the number of activities you can try will always exceed the time available. The beach though, was our main focus and had something for everyone, even some rock pools a little further along the sand. These kept our grandchildren busy for hours. We even had Rav who attended to our every need putting up umbrellas, supplying us with beach toys and body boards etc Thank you Rav. Restaurants are fabulous and it’s easy to get a taxi but we took advantage of the Boggy Sands rental van. Alfanso who manages the apartments communicated before during and after our stay and could not have been more supportive. Thanks to Alfanso, Ge, Rav and the behind the scenes staff who made our stay one that will last long in our memories. Hopefully, we will return. All in all, a 5 star, A plus venue. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boggy Sands. Perfect amount of space for our 2 families with kids between 11 and 17. Tons to do at the beach, pool was a bit cold and in the shade the majority of the afternoon, but still a lovely space for grilling and hanging out. Bayside and the bar next to Dairy Queen are a must experience!

Big Birthday Celebration

Boggy Sands/Starfish 1 is a beautiful property, immaculately maintained. Everyone we interacted with from check-in to check-out was kind, professional and helpful. The condo is so spacious and lovely, the rooftop perfect for sunset cocktails. The beach, a very short walk away, is private, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the wagons for grocery shopping just down the street, the prompt responses to our questions, and the recommendation to contact the amazing Floyd for our transportation. We had a wonderful time at Boggy Sands/Starfish 1!

Fantastic

Excellent friendly service. Beautiful well stocked condo. Great beach with excellent snorkeling. Paddle boards and kayaks. Paddled to and snorkeled the kittiwake sunken ship. Of course excellent close scuba diving. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
