「Host was extremely friendly, helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. House was excellent for our family gathering with lots of room. Upstairs was a perfect open concept for the adults to gather inside or on the upper deck. The downstairs and backyard was ideal for the cousins to play, keeping the children's laughter from interrupting adult conversations. Having a bbq pit available was a plus. The beds were multiple,comfortable, and the combinations of kings, queens and twins...

「We loved this place. Most important thing for us is the cleanliness... It was CLEAN! The other thing of importance to us is how comfortable the matress and bedding is. We give this a 10! The location was great too...close to town so we were able to walk to everything. 」

「The code to enter the building and condo were incorrect and the response time was poor.we had zero A/C the entire stay making our stay very uncomfortable.」

「The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. There are stains on the furniture and mouse trap in upstairs...

「The property was beautiful. The stay was amazing. It was centrally located to everything in St.Charles. It was especially close to the event space that I used. Great for a short getaway to unwind」
