Over 8 months out I booked the Premium Quadruple room for my family of 4. When we arrived they had given our room away and offered us a Premium room that sleeps 3 with free breakfast. I explained that will not work. The Asian lady at the front desk spoke limited English. After called her mamanget

They have the best breakfast. Great variety and good quality. The guy working the front desk was light hearted and very pleasant

I booked a better room which I thought would have a couch, instead there was just a single chair. In my opinion it is over priced but I guess people are willing to pay. The pillows are down, you need to stack them four high to get any support but that's Europe for you. The location is great, service is good, rooms are quiet. My biggest complaint is the cost, I'll pick a different time of year to visit Munich next time.

Overall, it was a great stay had a really nice friendly staff in the rooms were in great shape. It’s close to the train station. However, the one downside that’s fairly significant depending on your comfort level there’s a lot of unsavory people on the streets and even early evening it felt like you had to have your head on a swivel and on our way at 10 AM to the train multiple people were pretty loud and aggressive, and one person Made some really uncomfortable gestures to the couple right in front of us just have to be comfortable with when and where you go,

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the activities we had planned and public transportation. The hotel was modern and had a comfortable environment. The one suggestion I would make would be to have a little better price point on the breakfast prices per person. We ended up getting food offsite for both days due to the 20 euro per person we were quoted.
