We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

Great location but beds are horrible

The only knock on this place is the beds. Might as well be sleeping on the floor they are so hard. Also, the bedding provided was just a thin blanket and a sheet. They need new beds ASAP, two sleepless nights for the both of us.

Mixed views, room was clean and neat, my bed was very comfortable! Had a small refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker which was extremely helpful! The problem was other guests! Sat out front maybe 20 of them drinking having a great time playing ball all around our cars and been very loud! Had to turn up tv to drown out noise and felt trapped on our own room! Enjoyed the beach steps away just wish we had better neighbors

Convenient location close to beach but

In terms of the location, it’s a two min walk to the beach! It’s perfect if you want to be close and not have to pay for parking! My friend and I stayed for a long weekend but were VERY unsatisfied with the beds. The stay was a bit pricy considering the lack of comfort. The bathroom sink and shower also leaks but we just put a towel down. We would stay again as long as there were new mattresses (trust me your back will thank you later) and new bedding (they were questionably old and this.

Great location in Wells

Our unit was located in an excellent spot in Wells, Maine, within walking distance to the beach. As previous recent reviewers have commented, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Also, there was literally no place for us to hang our clothes-no closet, clothes cabinet, or any hooks on which to place hangers for clothes. I had to keep my clothes hanging in my car. The little patio outside our room was private, and surrounding guests were very friendly.
