"We really enjoyed this retreat. It was exceptionally clean & very well thought out and private. Sitting out on the deck over looking the seasonal lake, while listening to the songs of the waterfowl & Steelers Jays… And watching the ducks and geese with those little fluff ball babies waddle up to the grass area of the yard was a real treat.. We never once clicked on the TV as the view has everything we needed. Very comfortable & peaceful indeed."

I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. "The house has an old time cabin feeling with log walls and wooden cabinets. It is a large property located very near to downtown, amid several rows of low-rise condo developments and a hospital. It is very near Highway 5; you can see and hear the highway from the back deck and hot tub. 3 bedrooms upstairs with one hall bath and a bedroom with en suite bath downstairs as well as a 3rd bath next to the living room. 2 car garage. "We loved everything about this property! From the entrance into a secret little garden style backyard to the pet friendly space to the jacuzzi! We cooked numerous meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked as well. The bed was comfortable and quiet and the living room space was perfect for two adults and two little fur babies to relax and watch tv. It was perfect and we will certainly be back!!"
