Nice waverly ranch style home close to schools, hospitals, and Wartburg College. Activity center that has a world class swimming pool and fitness center. This home features 3 spacious bedrooms on the main level with a full bathroom, a living room accented with cove ceiling and a large dining room great for entertaining. The lower level features a family room, 3/4 bathroom, game room with a kitchenette. Along with a fenced-in yard and shed. There is even a playground right across the street!

Check-in and out was a breeze. Best property yet for streamlining that process.Enjoyed staying in and watching the fabulous large screen TV.We found everything we needed for meal prep.Very good overall!

The house was clean and generally worked well for us. The only problem that we had was that there were no railings on the front porch which made it somewhat difficult getting in and out of the house.

The property was ok. No dishwasher soap and very few hand towels and washcloths. Kitchen faucet didn't work too well...leaked and if moved to left sink couldn't get hot water. A brace in the refrigerator was broken.Front steps were high steps....I have bad knees and a little hard to use, handrail would help.No welcome book. I like them as they usually contain dos and don'ts and things to do in the area and places to eat.
