「The room was perfect! It has everything you need while being in the perfect spot in Water Valley. I loved the option of making coffee in the room or just going right downstairs to the cafe nearby. The Host was kind and always quick to respond. The check in/out process was easier than any other facility I've stayed at. 」

「We had not had the best experiences with a few of the hotels in town and for this particular weekend this home was less expensive than staying in a hotel. We will never return to the hotel life after discovering this great home. We have four more years of visiting Oxford and this will be our go to spot to stay.」

The neighborhood is darling and the property is beautiful. The space is very comfortable and stocked full of amenities that made our stay perfect!! Will definitely rent again!」

「Alvin was a great host, we ran late getting there, Alvin called to check on us. Helped with detailed instructions. Actually waited up on us past his bedtime. He was there each time we came off the lake, shared stories. He treats you in a manner that makes you relaxed and feel welcome. His location is away from traffic, yet close to docks and restaurants. Definitely consider for the peace and quiet, much preferred over hotel room. Great stay.」
