History and luxury meet in your rental which is a meticulously renovated luxury floor which includes top of the line amenities, private rooftop deck with Pergola, dual sided gas fireplace, luxurious and spacious bathroom including washer dryer, solar powered black-out blinds and leading gourmet coffee machine! We are close to Capital Hill, Brookland, Ivy City, Union Market, & H street corridor and a 10 minute Uber ride from Union Station. Free parking is provided onsite!

he floor is a apartment on the third floor of our large grand 123 year old Victorian designed by Albert Speiden in 1900 and home to Franklin Hough. The 6000 sq foot house sits on a rare double lot in the city and occupies 10,000 sq feet of land space on a busy city street. It has been beautifully renovated with top-of the line amenities with luxurious comfort in mind. You will be using the main entrance of the house to get to your floor. Once your enter the main door, take the stairs on your left two flights up to get to your floor. The stairs are also used by the residents of the floors below. Since this is a three story walk up, it is important to keep in mind if you can’t climb stairs. There is no elevator as this is a single home.
If you need help with carrying luggage, let us know in advance so we can help you carry it!

We Will Be Booking Again💕

It was an amazing stayyyy we really enjoyed everything. It was vary spacious. We loved everything and it very close to everything we wanted to do in DC. The host was amazing and straight forward and clear instructions and very quick with communication. We will definitely be booking again.
