The neighborhood is quiet, full of families and it is close to Clarendon/Court House which has lots of restaurants

In addition, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, on the day of your arrival we will provide you with a free welcome kit, which includes some basic personal care and kitchen products.

Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a supplement of 10 USD.
We do not provide bath towels.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on outside temperature.
