ナショナルハーバーに直結していて、部屋の窓から観覧車も見えました。スタッフはとても親切で、朝食は比較的リーズナブルでした。フロント横で水、ビール、ワイン、スナックなどを販売していて、部屋付した飲食の清算は当日のうちにメールで届きました。1階から2階のフロントまでのエレベータが「ガタン」となります。

Arrived at 8pm and the beds were not made. We left allowed them to clean the rooms and came back they had given the same room to another family and this family had put soda all in the bed and open water and poured it on the floor.

The elevator was broken and I had to walk up flights of stairs to the next level. The whole time. Ppl have luggage, children, strollers etc. Ti lug up those stairs. I was not happy about it.

Very nice hotel but the only thing I would recommend is that Security patrol the hallways at night. This particular night there was some juveniles hanging around the elevator awaiting for someone to get on so they could go up onto the floor. I did mention it to the Hotel Staff at checkout.

Didn't get the room I wanted. Ordered room service from the restaurant, it didn't come. Hotel room not really equipped with much. A little disappointing.

Birthday Celebration
Hotel was very clean spacious beds comfortable check in very easy great service. The only down side was I wanted adjoining rooms but was disappointed about not getting them.

Nice updated rooms, friendly staff, great location near everything. I would skip the breakfast and go elsewhere. It was average.

Nice view, nice looking room. One table was broke and dirty sofa. Soap dispenser in bathroom was not full of body soap. Had to use my own soap. For the price very disappointing..

This was my first time ever staying at this property but not in this area. my check in was easy and allotted me a let check out. The room was clean and spacious> the bed and linens were amazing. I especially enjoyed and appreciated the black out curtains. I would definitely stay here again. Traveling on business so it works
