The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in ann excellent condition. The staff are excellent and very helpful at all times. We have stayed for two days and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. The area around the hotel is a bit seedy, but it is a central location and easy for shopping and getting around the city.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Double Tree By Hilton Ploenchit. We were upgraded to a premium room which was spacious and comfortable, the room was cleaned, staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sam and his team. We needed help with a local order and it would not have been possible without Sam and his team, my order was sent to my room without any problems. Thank you again Sam and the team you have made a different to our stay, we will be back.

Modern cozy hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is within walking distance to Ploenchit station and market. It's well connected to the other train stations. The rooms are bright, clean and cozy. Breakfast is great with varieties of food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Second stay here for me and there is a reason for that, the service is second to none, you are a stones throw from parks, BTS and Sukhumvit but tucked away on soi 2 so that it is less noisy. Staff are such lovely people and are kind and helpful. The service is 5 star. I’ll be back next year for stay number 3. Thank you so much everyone at Doubletree Ploenchit 🙏

Nice & clean hotel, perfectly located, however that comes with the price of some Highway noise (even on 16 floor). Cannot judge the food but overall great place to stay for few nights.
