We would consider staying again if we have a reason to visit Warwick or RI again. It is located on a dead end residential area and the owners live on the property. 「We were in Newport for a wedding, and Admiral Sims House was a perfect complement to our needs for the trip. Our hosts were extremely accommodating by letting us check in early, and the room was exactly as depicted on the VRBO website. 「The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean, on the second floor. It’s 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom so a little coordinating is required. We were in the area for a family wedding. Bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were comfortable. Other than coffee, we really didn’t use the kitchen but it was clean and attractive. For our brief stay, it was perfect. Family downstairs were friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay there again if I were visiting family in the area again.」

「The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back.」
