The Space:

The spacious, light-filled apartment was created with families with children and couples looking for a friendly and functional interior for relaxation in mind. Bright colors and consistent, energizing accents make the space radiate cheerful and positive energy, and large windows provide natural light throughout the day. In the living area there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and dining table. Right next to it there is a kitchenette, which contains all the necessary equipment: a gas stove with a steam absorber, an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle and a washing machine discreetly hidden in the built-in unit. Two separate bedrooms allow for a peaceful rest - one of them is equipped with a king-size double bed and access to a private balcony with a set of lounge furniture, the other offers a double bed. In the living room there is an additional, single bed, which allows for comfortable accommodation of up to five people. There are fans in the bedroom and living room, which provide relief on warmer days. The modern bathroom with a shower cabin has been designed in a thoughtful and aesthetic way. Guests are also provided with a hairdryer and a set of fresh towels. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a desk, a carbon monoxide and smoke detector, an HDMI cable and Wi-Fi access. The building, located on the upper floor, has an elevator, and the windows overlook the surrounding greenery and modern buildings. This is a place where it is easy to feel at ease and relax, regardless of the length of your stay. Pets are accepted for an additional fee.

The Neighborhood:

The building is located in the central part of the city, thanks to which it is perfectly connected to many tourist attractions. A drive to the market, where visitors can buy souvenirs and admire the impressive architecture and monuments, takes only 11 minutes. Lovers of greenery and regular training can walk to the nearby square in 13 minutes, where an outdoor gym is located. This is a great place to relax for both parents traveling with children and for couples who like to spend their free time actively. It is also worth coming here during business trips. The property is equipped with a lift. It takes 5-11 minutes to get to the bowling alley, shooting range, swimming pool, and tennis court. In 3-5 minutes you can walk to nearby grocery stores, which allows you to conveniently stock up on necessary items. The nearest Warszawa Ochota train station is only 2 minutes away on foot, and the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station is 9 minutes away. The historic Palace of Culture and Science and Złote Tarasy shopping center are a 6-8-minute drive away. History buffs can walk to the Wola Museum in 2 minutes and the Warsaw Uprising Museum in 15 minutes.

la casa si trova in una posizione molto strategica. davanti ha una stazione ferroviaria ed è circondata da varie fermate bus/tram. in ogni caso anche a piedi si arriva quasi ovunque in 15-20 min. la città è piena di locali e musei quindi ovunque c'è qualcosa. in zona della casa trovate un supermercato e un milk bar che sarebbe una sorta di mensa molto economica. inoltre ci sono dei luoghi main stream come: gastronomia internazionale, panetteria etc. a noi è stato dato solo un mazzo di chiave ed eravamo in 5. per fortuna ci siamo sempre mossi insieme ma questo potrebbe essere un problema per qualcuno. per il resto: i letti sono comodi, la casa è luminosa, l'ascensore è nuovo, la porta è blindata, il riscaldamento funziona alla grande.
