Check in process was easy and the comms with the owner was great; giving us clear instructions, and a quick guide of what to see and where we could eat. "An absolutely excellent hotel! Beautiful rooms, spotless cleanliness, outstanding restaurants and breakfast, wonderful staff, and a very convenient airport shuttle. However, there is one major drawback that significantly affects the overall experience: **air conditioning**. We stayed twice in October, when outdoor temperatures were still above 25°C, but the room climate system had already been switched to heating mode. The rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy. Windows could only be opened slightly, which didn't help, and the staff were unable to resolve the issue. It's a real shame, as everything else about this hotel is exceptional. This is the one issue that prevents us from giving it a perfect rating."
