「The floor in the room was filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. It looked loke urine all over the bathroom floor. Walls were also dirty. You need to paint every couple years.
Beds were good and check-in was quick.
I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary.」
「I have stayed here before but this time was the first time it was very noisy with traffic. The difference was we had a room in the front of the hotel facing the highway. For a quieter stay ask for a room away from the highway. 」
「First, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didn’t give me a hassle at all and were understanding. 」
