「This is the second time we have stayed at this bungalow and have enjoyed our stay both times. Excellent facilities in a good location.」

「Terrible marketing. The plot we booked was clearly what the site describe as a Deluxe plot, however what we were allocated by hoeseasons was a gold plot- no veranda, no grassy patch for the children and a sheer drop out of the patio doors to a wooded gravel area. This is far from what the pictures describe. Feel incredibly frustrated and disappointed to have been issued with a plot that is quite simply not what we booked. 「The location of the site was great, short drive into local towns. Stunning views. Our caravan was clean and homely. The reception sorted out the minor problems we came across quickly. Would definitely stay again.」
