「Beautiful hotel and spa」

「Room and bathroom were both massive, comfortable and in good condition. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Didn’t get to sample the food as arrived late, but looked great 」

「The flat is in the middle of Ware, 50 yards from the main roundabout with the high street where there is a sign saying 'Ware Town Centre'. It is also next to a pub and opposite a Sainsbury's local which has deliveries all night. The traffic, deliveries and pub noise meant it was impossible to get any sleep and we had to leave after only 1 night.As well as this there were rat traps and razors in the parking area behind the flats.
