House No. 12, Ferienhaus Deichgraf - Modern vacation home, sauna, south-facing terrace,

Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and welcoming living area,
. The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with high-quality built-in appliances, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
This is a place where you can enjoy meals and socialize.
The wood-burning stove, with its cozy atmosphere, will add to the experience. Only wood briquettes may be used to fuel the stove!

In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cozy sofa corner with a TV.
A guest restroom is also available on the first floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.

The first floor offers two bedrooms as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness sanctuary.

The attic, with its loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cozy sofa area with a TV offers a place to relax.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cool days.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed from the front desk.
Shared washers and dryers are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public parking lot approximately 300 meters away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the parking lot next to EDEKA.
Please note that in the event of violations, the owner reserves the right to claim damages. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


A parking space is available to you free of charge right in front of the house for the duration of your stay.

This vacation home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers you excellent internet and TV reception free of charge on all floors.
