"Everything was fine.. Just the breakfast isnt worth $39.90 per person unless you're an Accor Member and get 30% off.. Plus, it's not a Novotel issue, but the amount of homeless people in the park opposite the hotel is ridiculous.. which can have an affect to the overall hotel experience."

Parking - easy but very low height (might need a warning) and no direct access to hotel. Breakfast buffet lacking - cold; overpriced. Would be great if you promoted your happy hour on check in and gained some momentum in guests feeling this is a fun way to start your stay - could really gain hotel customers here with the right advertising and staff.
