「Stayed here with 9 friends and felt like we had heaps of room. Garage/games room is lightly sound deadened which is good if you’re having a rather competitive game of pool. Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys 」

「We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...

「My family and I had the best time staying at Sally's place. The layout of the house meant there was plenty of space for everyone - the kids absolutely loved the cinema room! The location was perfect for us too. The Armstrong Creek shops and supermarket were walking distance away but we didn’t hear any traffic at all once inside. Beds were super comfortable and we all had really good sleeps from night 1. Thanks for having us, we'll be back for sure :)」
