"Courteous staff Room was good. Surprised there was a bigger fridge than the usual dorm size. Cons were common areas need good cleaning . Lot of trash outside the entry doors. Cig butts, etc"

"Spacious rooms, staff was awesome, beautiful place, went to breakfast and asked what we wanted and he cooked us bacon and sausage fresh! Best breakfast we have had this 10 day trip! The king size bed was also the most comfortable we have slept in this trip. The kids did say the beds in the other room they slept in wasn’t as comfortable but weren’t too bad!"

"Beautiful house and property! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. House was very close to downtown area and well within walking distance to local restaurants and attractions. Host was very welcoming and expedient in answering any questions. Would highly recommend as when we return to Roswell we will be looking to book with this host again."

"This was such a cute cottage. It was very quiet and clean. It was close to the Carlsbad, White Sands, and Guadalupe National Parks which is why we chose it. Also, Roswell is a super cool town. Brenda was very helpful and always quick to respond to any inquiries. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. I highly recommend"
