「Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us.」

「Celebrated 50 years married with family here. Spacious accommodations, nice scenery, fun game room. A place for everyone to sleep, nice and ample dining areas, plenty of room in the kitchen. Kitchen was missing some everyday items like pot holders and a colander. Went and purchased what we needed and added to inventory. Such a minor negative for all the great times we had in this house. Family time is the best time. Thanks.」

「This was a perfect place to stay with our dog when we came to Iowa for our son’s graduation from the University of Iowa. The fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed nearby Vander Veer Park also. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house cooking and playing games, so we appreciated the spacious well-stocked kitchen! The comfortable couches, smart TV for streaming and the puzzles were also hits.」

「We had a such a great time in this rental property. The view is phenomenal! With the jacuzzi, wow! My friends and I fished the whole day and we we're catching fish left and right! So fun! 「We stayed for an extended time with work and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 4 adult. Jason was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Accessing the house was a breeze and the extra upgrades in the upstairs bathroom were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.」

「Great location for our trip to Moline and surrounding area. Not in town, but not far from town (Moline). The layout of the house was great for us. Husband and I rarely watch the same thing on tv. Tv in bedroom for me, tv in front room for him. Looks out on the Mississippi River, trains regularly going by, just relaxing. Super clean, spacious (even for just two people), great place. If we were to go back to Le Clair, I would stay here again!!」
