"Our girls trip was a 4 night stay and we loved every minute of it! Beautiful view of the river from the back deck. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Very relaxing! Owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Easy check in and out process. The house is spacious with many views of the river. Close to downtown Le Claire where we did a lot of shopping, looking and just taking it all in. I would definitely recommend staying here and should we come back this is where we will stay again!! "We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!"
