This brand new Beach home is distinctive with a style of its own. A unique layout with the master suite separate from the main hub of the house linked with an all seasons covered deck. Main hub is open plan kitchen dining lounge with a built in laundry. Generous sliding doors open onto a sprawling deck with plenty of room to move. Sun drenched and glistening water views are what a magic kiwi summer day is made of.
A further two bedrooms with water views and a separate toilet and bathroom make up the main hub of the house, be spoilt with a luxurious deep bath with bifold windows for that cheeky indoor out door feel.
Crisp, clean and welcoming all year round.
Perfect for a family or a couple of couples looking for somewhere special, with gorgeous water views and ability to walk to the beach, Dairy and Café.
Winter will also be a treat at this Beach home imagine being tucked up snug inside with the fire blazing looking out to the wild stormy waters of the bay!

Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach and restaurant. Great views. Everything a kitchen could want. On good days opening the sliding doors to the deck was a bonus. Would love to buy it and live there full time.

What a view!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we have had another wonderful family trip away! So many wonderful activities in the local area - highly recommend pizza barn and also the local coastal walk. The views were absolutely incredible. Loved how the house is a quick walk to the beach and the views are even better than the pictures indicate! We will definitely be back for a third stay!

We had a long stay here to bridge a gap whilst our house build is completed. The property is in an excellent location with a beautiful view. The house is modern and clean with a well appointed kitchen that has everything you'd need. Debbie was responsive and helpful when required (which was only on occasion e.g. gas bottle refill).

Great spot with beautiful views. Very short walk to shops and beach. House very easy to navigate. The bath with big window out to the sunset was awesome, as was the outdoor shower. Great spot to fly kites when it was windy too. Great for families as it’s not near any big roads.
