It was a beautiful view and it was pretty comfortable for two women with separate bedrooms. The remodeling was very pretty. We appreciated the location for ease of traveling around the island. It is in the landing path of the airport. The sofa was pretty worn out: dipped, made sounds when sitting down. I wouldn’t use it for a bed, even for children. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen’s tableware was minimal with only one teaspoon and it had been in a garbage disposal. I left a list with the rental company on items needed in the kitchen. The back bedroom is next to the elevator, noise from it and people coming and going. Only one hair dryer, so we had to figure out sharing. We enjoyed our time there, but there’s a few simple things that would create more comfort.

Great place to stay to be central if you plan to see most of the island!

We were traveling with our 20 yo son and we were so glad he had his own bedroom/bathroom. The apartment was spacious and the balcony was a wonderful place to sip morning coffee. The place had all of the amenities we needed and more. We did a whale watch and a snorkel tour and it was wonderful to be able to leave everything at the condo, including our car, and just walk to the docks. This was the first place we saw turtles swimming (in front of the condos on the right as you face the water. And not far away is a public place to get in if you want to snorkel. There is no beach - but there is a pool which we didn't have time to use. Great clean spot. We'd stay there again. While there are other people, it was nice for us that we were in a less populated area.

Great whale watching from our balcony! We were in Maui from Feb 12-19. Location was great as it was centrally located for easy access to any part of the island! Only bummer is no beach access but that didn’t bother us as we enjoyed visiting several beaches around the island..

Really stellar place!

Blinking our eyes open to roaring waves and birds chirping was the best. Centrally located we were able to tour the whole island easily - any way you go the drive is 30 min or less. Condo is beautiful, clean and fully stocked. Short walk to beach access. We grilled out and enjoyed the pool. Checkin was easy. Would definitely come back.

This condo was perfect we like staying in this area close to several areas on the island. Condo was really clean and new. The lani was wonderful view was fantastic! I loved the slider in the master bedroom you can hear the ocean. We will defiantly keep this in mind for our next trip.

Great place to stay in Maui

We loved staying in Maalaea while in Maui. It's a little off the beaten path of all the tourist locations, its quiet and beautiful to see the ocean right from your window, but it's also close to all parts of the island so very easy to get around. The place had everything we needed - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. Whenever I had a question, the property managers answered super quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a quaint little condo complex with an amazing view of the Bay, and friendly people. Unit 505 itself is wonderful, newly renovated new appliances, and sparkling clean. It had everything you could need in a kitchen. We cooked several nights and also used the gas grill by the pool, which was kept very clean. We would stay here again.

1) Place is super clean, updated, comfy beds, and nice balcony -reserved parking spot included is a plus 2) The location is great if you have a car rental -you have great central access to most of the island 3) The neighborhood is nice and quiet -don’t stay here if you want to be in the center of action. Place is well built -never heard any noise from neighboring condos. 4) Didn’t matter to us but there is incoming flight noise overhead

Great location, clean and well equipped suite

This is a good property in a great part of the island. Maalaea is not the place to stay if you are wanting to be near the action, it's a quite location right on the ocean and a short walk from a beach popular with locals. The unit is well equipped, the kitchen tools are good quality, and there is an excellent set of binoculars for watching the whales from your lanai. We contacted the property management team with some questions and they were quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely consider this unit again.
