Right on the beachfront, Oceanview on Broadway is just a 2-minute walk from the sand, with easy access to the bush and beach walks at the northern end of Waihi Beach. The Waihi Beach Surf Club is at the other end of town, so a drive rather than a walk if you're headed there. It's also within reach of the Bowentown Boating & Sportfishing Club and Anzac Bay to the south, which offer boat access to the harbour along with cycling and walking opportunities.



It's an easy 10-minute walk to the Waihi Beach Dairy and Island View Fish 'n' Chips, and a 5–10 minute drive to the main road's wider range of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Anzac Bay in Bowentown is about 4.6km away accommodation.



Getting Around:

The beach is just across the road - 50m from the house. The Waihi Beach Dairy and Island View Fish 'n' Chips are an easy 10-minute walk away, and the main road's shops, cafés, and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive. Waihi township is about 9km away, roughly an 8–9 minute drive. Tauranga is around 40–45 minutes by car, and Mount Maunganui is similar, making both easy day-trip options. Tauranga Airport is around 58km away.
