"I selected pay at the property, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk did not confirm any payment details with me. Even the next morning, when I asked the front desk for a receipt, I was told that the payment had been made through hotels.com and that they could not issue a receipt. It was only after I left the hotel and rechecked my booking on the platform that I realized what had happened. While I was still waiting for clarification and concerned about how the payment would be handled, the hotel charged the booking through hotels.com without any prior notice or communication. The charge was made to a different registered family credit card, which caused reconciliation issues, and I still do not have any receipt for expense reimbursement for my business trip. This situation has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled."

"Staff were very nice, rooms were clean, very quiet place to stay. My favorite was the bar counter and dining. Price were very good for the foods and drinks. The bartender guy was also super nice and freindly."

"空港へのシャトルバスの運転手さんも親切。部屋に忘れ物をして急いでいた時にフロントの方が不在で困っていたら警備の方がスムーズにお部屋まで連れて行ってくれて鍵も開けてくださりシャトルバスにも間に合いました。お部屋もきれいで、シャワーも使いやすい。"

"古いけど清潔な部屋とベッド、少ないけど熱心で誠実なスタッフ、電子レンジ、ヘアドライヤー。Wi-Fiはロビーで使えます。周辺は静かで歩きやすく宿泊して犬の散歩をしている人がたくさんいました。シャトルバスは連絡すると来てくれました。朝食はシンプルですが助かりました。近くのルネッサンスというホテル1階のLARSというお店の食事（おつまみ？）がとっても美味しかったです　"
