"Leider ist das Zimmer nicht wie angegeben um 15:00 Uhr bezugsfertig. Nach etwas über 100 Minuten Wartezeit vor dem Hotel erhielten wir endlich den Pin Code für das Zimmer. Das Hotel ist im Industriegebiet daher ist es dort sehr langweilig."

"Really good service. Everything was in a great condition. A slight problem with the WiFi was very promptly sorted out. The automated systems are great.
