「The location of hotel is very convenient for enjoying beech. Some of room facilities are old and broken but it was a nice time for me.」

「Great hotel in a fabulous location. The one thing that lets it down is the pool area & the reason why I wouldn’t go again. The pool is far too small for the size of hotel & is also in the shade for a lot of the day. Many sunbeds were in the shade from around 1pm. Due to the limited area some sunbeds were even under the canopy of the building. The hotel also clearly prioritises weddings - we were asked to vacate our sunbeds & move away from the pool area at 3.45pm to make way for a wedding party...

「Lovely spacious room with everything you needed ( I did have to request a fridge which i thought was a bit odd being Spain but they gave me one the next day !) Amazing swimming pool the largest I've seen in a hotel and not full of kids (probably because quite deep). Very friendly & helpful staff. Tram and lovely quiet beach nearby So very good value for money for Spain in August」

「Modern hotel with parking available if needed for an extra fee. Would stay again for sure.」

「Great stay for long weekend getaway! Location of hotel is great for sea lovers. Kilometers long white sand beach(superclean) is just 10 min walk from hotel. Hotel provided beach towels and sun umbrella for free. Hotel looks as brand new. Pool was exelent choice for leazy afternoon. And the food during breakfast and dinner time was delicious! 10 ot of 10 experience for sure!」

「The bathroom at the suite at the end of the hallway needs bigger drain and doors. Everything floods to easily. Otherwise, the unit was perfect. Lovely staff and good residential location.」

「We booked a Grand Premium room in the Level and we were allocated room 5083. The room was fine but the view really wasn’t grand or premium. We could see a sliver of sea from a tiny balcony that had a cavern-like atmosphere. I expect it might see the dun for an hour or so each morning but we weren’t sticking around to find out. We’d asked for a marina view. We asked to move so the staff showed us 2083 (!) which had the same outlook, only 3 floors lower and not a Level room. We settled for a...

「Check in 4pm however rooms not ready till 4.30. Roof pool area towels on beds but no one using them. Shame because others waiting at bar area to get sunbathing.」

「Room was very modern and clean and location was excellent for the beach and town centre. Pool is a little small and we didn’t use. But overall I’d recommend this hotel for a short break in Alicante」
