「Nice home in the old south west Reno neighborhood. The yard needs some TLC and water. Cute interior all furnishings functional.」

「Great communication with host. Clean, comfortable and quiet spot. The two full size beds accomodated three of us well enough, and there is an air bed in LR closet if we had wanted more space. Large LR, good usable kitchen. Big bathroom with laundry right there.」

「Perfect for quick stop over on a trip. Near midtown with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Quiet, cute neighborhood. Apartment was quaint and very clean.」

「The view of the Truckee River and the surrounding city and hills is wonderful. The place is very clean and nice. There is even an instruction on how to find the light switch in the bathroom -- many might not think to do that. We walked the river walk and enjoyed some of the restaurants around. We recommend this location.」

「We were there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and stayed there with a friend of hers. Property was as described and owner/manager was very responsive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it had everything we needed.」

「The host was always receptive to all messages at any given moment. Nice little place for our family to unwind and take part in our family’s wedding that weekend. Location was perfect for where everything was at in Reno.」

「Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great.」

「Everything about the property was great and as described. The only problem was that there was a patch of broken glass that my daughter found with her foot. I guess the housecleaner didn't thoroughly vacuum.」

「Not a good neighborhood to stay in town, but that’s just secondary. The property wasn’t clean. Dirty bed sheet and no extra one to replace. Dog hairs all over the couch. It didn’t get clean up before we check in.」

「Property was in a great part of town- walkable distance to riverwalk, restaurants and downtown. Neighborhood was safe, clean and welcoming. Studio was originally rented for just for two of the family members but four stayed comfortably. Beds are newer and comfortable- made a difference in quality of stay. Studio has new and fresh standard amenities. Having direct access to laundry room was a huge benefit to the stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was on the riverfront and within walking distance ti eateries, grocery, and entertainment.」

「We loved the quiet, nicer area and the good communication from the owner. The condo was in great enough shape, we just experienced some distracting issues with the space (that were likely out of the complete control of the owner). It would have been perfect had we just not had to deal with a repeated cigarette smoke smell in the master from a neighbor (it was strongest in the master and not really present in the 2nd room), no wall light switch in one of the rooms, and the ceiling attic/vent door...
