気になった点 : 清潔度
This property was insanely priced for what you get: disruptive, LOUD traffic noises all night which resulted in all of us only getting about 3 hours of sleep a night. The walls might have just as well been paper. The shower curtain upstairs was disgusting. Covered in mold. One of the bedrooms did not have a comforter, but rather a navy fleece blanket covered in white crust and flakes of skin. There was a crumbled up blanket in another closet. After paying 1200 for two nights, I was incredibly disappointed. For that price, I expect a very clean house and basic supplies like coffee pods and maybe a few bottles of water. Instead of K cups, there was a drawer of beer pongs. Worst stay I’ve had in awhile.

The home was lovely and well kept. We have stayed at many homes over the years, and this kitchen provided, by far, the best array of different items to be used for cooking in, which we frequently do with our group. There was plenty of storage space in the kitchen and all rooms. There is some noise from the street as previously indicated in the prior review, but it is no different than any other beach town staying at an easily accessible location. We had no issues at night sleeping, and they were the most comfortable beds we have slept in to date as well. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to getting on the main highway to reach things like Target within minutes. It is also mere blocks away from Harris Teeter, which is a beautiful grocery store with a wide variety of items including fresh seafood, which was delightful. There was constant communication with the staff throughout our stay to ensure our needs were being met. I will be honest in the prior review was posted after our stay was booked and caused some concern on my part; however, I do believe the expectations of the prior reviewer would be impossible to meet in a home that is used for frequent renters throughout a beach season. We were very pleased with everything and have stayed at many homes and at many different beach locations. One highlight to note is there were fireworks on Sunday and Wednesday, both could be watched easily off the upper deck and was a nice surprise. We agree we will be back.
