Experience Virginia Beach like the locals in this 2 unit duplex each with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, less than a 2 minute walk from the beach. This home will comfortably sleep 10 guests and has two king size beds and two queen size beds and one queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of unit B. You'll be able to wake up and listen to the ocean waves from the second floor balcony. This home is perfect for any season.
The Space:
Imagine sipping coffee on the balcony and hearing the ocean waves, then taking a leisurely stroll to the beach. As you arrive, you're greeted by two back decks, equipped with seating and a sun umbrella, perfect for enjoying a beverage while listening to the gentle sea breeze. The interiors are bright and airy, with natural light to flood the space, and beachy decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The open-concept living area is tastefully decorated with soft, beach-inspired colors and comfortable furniture, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials for preparing a meal at home. Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions.
