Enter an open, light-filled retreat with pine floors and high ceilings with wood beams to discover a gourmet kitchen, dining area, family room with pool table, wet bar, a den, two bedrooms, and a bath-and-a-half. Step outside to a large wraparound deck with a table and chairs, umbrellas, and gas BBQ. Walk upstairs and discover a private master bedroom, spacious bathroom, library, study, and covered porch with table and chairs. The lower level includes a sofa, cafe table, chairs, futon, and laundry area. The semi-finished garage includes a ping pong table, sofa, beach cart, chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, games, and an outside shower. Located in the quiet Croatan neighborhood of Virginia Beach, Sail Away has everything you need for a fantastic family vacation.

**Property does not include soaps, paper products, or bed making service. Rentals 30 days or more do not include linens**

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.

Our family enjoyed the open space of the home and the added pool table and ping pong table provided great family fun. The deck space was very nice and the proximity to the beach was ideal!
