The listing did not mention that parking was limited and needed to be reserved (it may have changed since my stay), which was the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. However, the lady at the front desk quickly found a solution, which I really appreciated."

"A well-appointed and spacious place near Brindisi historic area. The only thing that I would say in objection is that I spent a day on our ferry ride from Corfu to Brindisi to urge the managers to give us the code to enter. There was a small city tax that was an add-on that we could not do over the internet. We would be happy to pay it on arrival, but the management would not co-operate. We finally were able to find a way to pay the measly 18Euro, but it cause a full day of aggravation trying to communicate with the management. Ruined our crossing."
