Hola,viaje la ultima semana de Febrero, y me toco, viento, lluvia y buen tiempo, encontre que en caso de corte de luz, faltan mas luces de emergencia,y algunos enchufes de emergencia en caso de descargarse los celulares.

Desayuno impecable, lo demás debe mejorar

Hay que mejorar, El precio es mucho en comparación a lo que ofrecen, por ejemplo tenia reserva un sábado y por fuerza mayor tuve que llegar un viernes a pucón, pasé a ver si había disponibilidad de habitación al rededor de las 04 am y si había, pero me cobraron el valor total igual, además tuve que dejar mi auto afuera ya que me dijeron que no había disponibilidad cuando si había espacio para estacionar. al día siguiente me mencionan que era raro que no me dejaran estacionar adentro. Respecto a la limpieza, me quede 2 noches y NO hubo reposición de los elementos de aseo como toallas y sabanas limpias, papel higiénico, jabón y shampoo. El desayuno impecable, bien contundente y los jóvenes que atendían en el desayuno muy amables y atentos. Lo que es desayuno me dejó muy conforme, pero lo demás debe mejorar ya que el precio es alto haciendo un contraste con lo que debe mejorar el hotel.

Buen hotel pero la atención se ve perjudicada por la falta de personal. Malalhue debe aumentar su dotación. Importante: quienes atienden (sobrepasados y todo) son amables.

Me encantó!

Muy lindo hotel, buena relación precio / calidad, habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia, rodeada de vegetación y de fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad, 20 minutos caminando y 5 en auto, con estacionamiento al interior del hotel; lo más bajo sería el desayuno, pero funciona.

Perfect, amazing stay!!!!

Amazing service, charming hotel, fabulous breakfast!!!! The Hotel Malalhue has it all. Greeted professionally and with great efficiency at the front desk, and shown to my room after a long travel day set the stage for a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast was another treat - I can't say enough good things about this hotel!!

Fique de olho no tipo de quarto disponível.

Nos colocaram em uma quarto bastante inferior ao que mostram nas imagens do anúncio no Hoteis.com. Quando questionei se haviam outros quartos disponíveis a recepcionista me mostrou o que vi no momento da reserva online e disse que iria nos dar um "upgrade" sem custo adicional. Me senti enganado pelo hotel, pois se eu não tivesse questionado teríamos ficado em um quarto inferior ao que reservamos pelo app do Hoteis.com.

Accommodating & Charming Hotel

This little hotel had all we needed for a one night stay. The beds were very comfortable and they were able to get us a room last minute. Check in was very fast. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Pucon is a great town and this hotel is a short walk or cab ride away.
