Beautiful flat, poor executionThis is a company-managed rental, so I’ll review it as such, and the standard falls short of what a professional operator should deliver.The positives are real: the flat is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the furniture and finishes feel genuinely high-end. The staff were helpful and professional.However, the details let it down badly.The third bedroom has no air conditioning. We stayed in late September and it was already unbearable at night, I can’t imagine how guests cope in July or August. No number of fans solves the problem.For a 6-person property, the consumables were stocked for two: one bottle of water, a handful of coffee capsules, 2 tea bags etc. Either provide for the actual number of guests or don’t bother at all. Towels were one small towel per person, no bath sheets, no face towels. We had to buy extra toilet paper on the 3rd day.Several appliances were broken: the toaster tripped the fuse box when used, the hoover didn’t work, the TV and soundbar were non-functional.Finally: it’s a beach flat with no beach towels and no beach chairs. A significant oversight.The bones of this property are excellent. But a company rental at this price point should have zero broken appliances, adequate supplies for the number of guests it sleeps, and air conditioning in every room. Fix these and it becomes the 5-star experience it wants to be.
