「Muy agradable, todo el personal nos trato amablemente, con especial hincapié en el Sr. Mateo, que nos deleito con sus consejos y nos ayudo desde el primer momento de nuestra llegada al hotel. El servicio de desayuno muy simpático y atento. El servicio de limpieza, nos brindo todo lo que necesitamos y nos dejo una habitación muy limpia cada día. Estamos muy contentos con esta experiencia en Florencia. 」
"If I stayed at this hotel for sightseeing, I could give a full mark. Nevertheless, this time, it was a business trip. The time spent in the hotel room was probably much longer than that of average tourists. There was only a small table occupied by one of my two laptops. I used the other one on a bed. No power supplies around the table. The room was on a lower floor and was noisy every night. During my stay, the weather was beautiful. I opened a window every early morning, but I couldn't open the curtains because residents in an adjacent apartment could look into the room. Meanwhile, the room was always spotless. Breakfast is excellent for me, both in terms of quality and quantity. A couple of cafes are around the hotel, and I could enjoy having a nice meal every night."
