Zero, ninguém para me rececionar, ridiculo

Nota zero reservei as 8hs da noite próximo a cidade e não tinha ninguém no estabelecimento para me receber. Liguei no telefone do estabelecimento ninguém me atendia. Liguei na hoteis.com e o atendente tentou contato com eles e tb não teve sucesso. Reservei outro local para dormir. O hoteis abriu processo interno mas não quis me ressarcir. Solícito reembolso ou voucher no valor total pago me senti roubado. Ridícula situação. Tive que pagar outro hotel na mesma noite para dormir
