This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, large rooms, comfy beds and a great bathtoom with everything you need. The breakfasts were fabulous, served from 8am. We found the hotel to be quite central and the old tram 28 stops right outside. The staff are very polite and do all they can to help. We had complimentary drinks on arrival. Check in and out was efficient. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Lisbon again. I will recommend to friends who are interested in Lisbon. An oasis in the city! Very well run.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff and service were amazing.

Exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived we were treated great. We arrived after a long International flight about three hours before scheduled check in expecting to as to store our luggage and the room was ready upon arrival, pleasant surprise as it allowed us to refresh ourselves prior to going out for dinner. Excellent staff throughout the whole stay. Always ready to assist. Clean rooms, great amenities, great breakfast. Had port wine available in room in a decanter. Provided nice toiletries. Excellent quiet and safe location. Walkable for restaurants and shopping. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Our first stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel. Very quiet considering the construction just down the street. Keep in mind that the road in front of the hotel is closed to vehicles from 11am to midnight and public parking is about 2 blocks away. Despite this, we would stay again and highly recommend. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely as were the rooms, the garden and wine. Many restaurants and amenities within walking distance.
