「Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!」

「This apartment was in an awesome location with a spectacular view of the lake. The place was clean with a ton of storage space, but pretty sparsely appointed. We had some difficulty gaining access, as the wonderful italy management process required a contract and tourism tax be paid prior to arrival. 「Alles perfekt 」

「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「Great Location. Excellent views. Very spacious apartment. Internet (DSL) is very slow. No elevator. Just be careful with stair inside the appt especially with kids. Overall great location and family experience. Ferry just across the street. No issues.」

「My husband and I stayed for a week with another couple and their dog. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the balconies had amazing views over the lake. You could not be closer to ferry docks and restaurants. It was quiet and relaxing. The little market at top of street had wonderful produce and shopkeepers were very helpful in ensuring we had excellent ingredients for our dinners. 「Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. "The staff was attentive and very quick to respond to my messages. My flight was delayed by 5 hours, and I ended up staying at the hotel for only about 3 hours. It was meant to be an overnight layover in Milan (original landing at 7:30 p.m. turned into past midnight), and with my connecting flight just 4–5 hours later, I even contemplated skipping the hotel altogether. Since it was too late for the free pick-up, I would have had to pay €35–40 for a taxi. Still, the staff (Celeste) stayed up late trying to reach me via WhatsApp and phone calls to confirm my arrival time. I truly felt he went above and beyond, especially considering this was a non-refundable booking (and he probably also needed to arrange the 4 a.m. airport drop-off). In the end, I did take a cab to the hotel, managed a couple of hours of rest, and I’m glad I did. Not to mention, they even left a breakfast-to-go in my room. Although my stay was short, I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for quiet accommodation and excellent customer service."

"マルペンサ空港、マルペンサエクスプレスの駅に直結していてとても便利。ホテルの敷地が広く、部屋までなかなか辿り付かないのだけが唯一の難か？最初に泊まった時は、夜遅く時差ボケの頭で迷ったが、今回は2回目で問題なかった。廊下に敷いてある厚手の絨毯の上をスーツケースの車輪が滑りにくいが、音を和らげるためなのだろう部屋が広く、ベッドの寝心地がとても良い。今回も出発が早く、滞在時間は長くなかったが熟睡できた。このベッドが非常にありがたい。照明も居心地が良く、朝食を取るなどゆっくり過ごせなかったことだけが残念。"
