Staff were very friendly. Cabin was all we needed and had everything we needed. Good borrow board games from reception which was a great bonus as the weather was not that good.

We loved the location of our cabin with it being tucked away and beautifully quiet. The rooms were clean and nicely presented and the shower was lovely and hot! The only negative was that we noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom with the bunk beds, so we left the window open most of our stay and kept the bedroom door shut.

Our cabin was comfortable and clean. The area on the whole is beautiful. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The grounds are lovely and beautifully kept. Peaceful location with lots of bird life and pristine beaches. Will definitely return. Thanks for a nice couple of days.

It was a lovely location but the cabin needs upgrading, especially the bathroom. You need to get in the bath to shower and there was mould around the bath. There needs to be ceiling fans in bedrooms, as the air conditioner doesn’t reach. Otherwise it was a good sized cabin

We had a one night stay at this place in a cabin. The check in person was less than friendly and very matter of fact. The cabin is old and maintenance is a bit lacking. Windows have not been cleaned for some time and the insect screens also have not been cleaned for ages and were full of dust. A water saver on the shower and given what we paid for the night (which was the highest of our trip) you would expect to be able to have a good shower. The beach is close and is beautiful. All in all a very average stay and we would not stay there again.

Cabin i had was very old and the bathroom had a very strong small of mould. Air condtioner very noisy. I am aware there were other newer cabins available within the park. However great location with a great walking track for an early morning walk with all the bunnies!

Unfortunately, the owners of this Big4 are very much letting the brilliant location sell for them. We stayed here about three years ago and it was in need of upgrading, repair and maintenance then. It’s clearly not been done and the park has been left to a state of disrepair. The cabins are in desperate need of upgrading and are generally not well cleaned or maintained. There was mould spawning on the ceiling above the shower cubicle, none of the window screens fit, hence the bug and spider problem, the floor tiles are all cracked and need replacing, the door locks and handles are faulty and the water pressure is far too strong and too hot despite trying to adjust the temperature. The park itself sports dead grass almost everywhere and the playground is a dirty sandpit of rubbish. There was also a miscommunication regarding a deposition not being taken at time of booking and at check in, the woman was rather rude when I queried it and wanted to check my banking before paying the full amount. We won’t be staying here again. Highly recommend The Beach Huts at Middleton or other local caravan parks.
