「Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem gerne weiter! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es ist relativ hellhörig, aber sauber. 」

「アパルタメントなので、ホテルではありません。 前日にメールで「受付がないので、何人で何時にくるか」の問い合わせと待ち合わせ場所の連絡があり、当日の朝に、そのメールを見て返信したのですが、電車が遅れて遅延したので、途中Wifiに繋げることができ、到着時間の変更連絡ができて問題なかったのですが、通信手段がなかったら、ちょっと焦りました。 閑散期なので、Bellagio自体に観光客が少なく、アップグレードしてくれました。一人だったのですが２つのBed Room、ダイニング、台所ととっても広く、どこをどう使うか悩むぐらいでした。部屋もシンプルで広くてとってもステキでした！家族4人ぐらいでも問題ないと思います。」

「Huge pain. Will use hotel next time for sure. Resort fee for an apartment with zero services is a deceptive money grab. Also the hoops required to process check in took over an hour. Nightmare.」

「Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...

「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」
